Our Fee Agreement

Our goal is only to make an honest wage for services rendered.

Our fee typically amounts to what a company would pay a Senior Purchasing Agent.

Our objective in structuring a percentage of the savings arrangement is intended to base our fee on actual performance thus eliminating any perceived risk of non-performance.

This arrangement creates a truly risk free proposition:

• If we don't save you money you don't pay us.
• You only pay us when you physically receive items at the lower new prices.

We often place a total cap on what you would pay us.

Upon entering into an agreement with us you will know very closely what we will be saving you and what you will be paying us to achieve these savings.  There are no surprises.

You only pay us for 12 months.  Thereafter, you retain the full benefit of our effort.

As part of our service we provide 2 additional years of free advise on industry price fluctuations to assist you in the maintenance of proper pricing levels. 

If travel and lodging is required we ask those expenses only be reimbursed or calculated into the agreed upon percentage of savings fee.

We have a simple one-page agreement which suffices our terms.

However, we also have a 7-page agreement constructed from experience based on the terms of protection legal departments of larger corporations would typically require.

It is important to remember:  Ultimately it is you who is saving your company money by calling us.
