Step By Step

1) Conduct a free preliminary cost analysis on five-to-ten of your items to determine if we can reduce your costs.

2) Enter into a simple fee agreement with McCoy Corp.

3) Conduct a thorough complete cost
analysis on every corrugated item:
- material cost analysis
- market conditions
- box mfg cost analysis

4) Present new pricing to suppliers

5) Supplier signs pricing agreement

6) Orders are placed at lower prices

7) Items received at new price

8) Itemized monthly savings report provided by McCoy

9) McCoy invoices monthly based on actual savings on items received per fee agreement

We only get paid if and when you physically receive items at the new lower price.
Our proposition is truly risk free, is completly non-disruptive to your workflow and seamless with regard to MRP and supply chain logistics.

Our initial program does not involve specification changes or any increases in order quantities. Only when we are specifically requested to evaluate optimum design and linerboard construction would we engage in a second round of cost saving analysis.
